Can I download media that I have uploaded?

If you want to download your recording before it's deleted this is an explanation of how you can do it.

We store recordings for 1 month after your transcript is returned, after which time it will be permanently deleted from our servers.    

If you want to download your recording before it's deleted, you can do so by expanding the project that it's in, clicking 'Download media' in the media menu.
